Odin’s horse Sleipnir frees the Emperor from Aku’s clutches and carries him to a mountaintop fortress. Inside, he suddenly finds himself in a heavenly realm before the gods, who forge a katana imbued with his righteous spirit. The Emperor then uses this sword to seal Aku below the earth. Upon learning his son is born, he plans for Aku’s return.
