The source of Jack’s amnesia is discovered in three sirens, whose hypnotic song the Scotsman can resist due to his loyalty to his wife. After they defeat the sirens and free their slaves, Jack and the Scotsman are abandoned and compete to see who will row them both back to the mainland, with Jack winning each challenge.
